POSTER SESSION INFORMATION:

Session 1: Monday, October 23, 12:00 pm -2:00 pm
ODD number posters present

Session 2: Tuesday, October 24, 12:00 pm-2:00 pm
EVEN number posters present

Posters must be attended by the Presenting Author during their assigned time period(s). 
 

POSTER SET-UP:

Poster Set-up: Monday, October 23 (beginning at 7:30 am)

Poster Removal: Wednesday, October 25 (beginning at 12:30 pm)

All posters will remain on display throughout the entire meeting.

POSTER FORMAT:

Poster boards will be 8ft by 4ft, with two posters assigned per side.  Please make sure your poster fits within a 4ft x 4ft area. Push pins will be provided on-site.  

Posters should include the following elements:

• Introduction / Background: a brief discussion of the background or rationale of the study and/or the question addressed
• Materials and Methods: the experimental approach, materials, and methods used in the study
• Results: the data and results obtained in the study
• Conclusions: the conclusions and/or implications of the results
• References and Acknowledgements 

VIRTUAL POSTERS:

In addition to presenting your poster in person at the 2023 Joint Meeting, you will also have the option of uploading your poster into a virtual poster session.  Please note, this feature is optional.  You will receive upload instructions in September from our meeting app provider, Whova.

•  Virtual posters are available for viewing 24/7

•  Poster presenters can add a live presentation to accompany their poster

•  Poster presenters can chat online with other meeting registrants about their virtual poster

PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING POLICY:

The 2023 Joint Meeting is committed to honoring the rights of copyright owners and to respectful sharing of scientific research and data. Attendees are expected to adhere to this policy.  Icons will be sent to you in a separate email message for you to place on your poster to indicate if you agree or not to have your abstract presentation photographed or recorded.

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

The FedEx Office in Downtown Salt Lake City offers poster printing services for presenting authors, please contact them directly for pricing information. The office is located a few blocks away (11-minute walk) from the Grand American Hotel and is open 24 hours.

All orders can be submitted via website at print online or via email usa2401@fedex.com.
